REGULATIONDate: from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
End stay: 10:00 hours before the day of departure.
Security deposit payable on arrival: ¬ 100.00 that are returned at the end of your stay after checking the apartment by an officer of the Residence.
In case of loss or damage of accessories (furniture, dishes, etc..) Of the kitchen, the customer will be charged.
Is required to confirm your reservation deposit of 30% of the stay.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, postal order, in case of cancellation up to 20 days before arrival will be refunded the amount of the deposit, after this period will not be charged.
